How far in advance should we reserve our private chef?
We recommend booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, and high season in Tulum (December through April). For bachelorette parties, birthdays, or large villa gatherings, reserving earlier guarantees your preferred date. Last-minute inquiries are also welcome subject to calendar availability.
What is included in the service? Do you clean up afterwards?
Our service is 100% all-inclusive and hands-off for you: we select and purchase fresh local ingredients, travel directly to your villa or rental in Tulum, prepare everything fresh on-site, provide complete table service, and leave the kitchen spotless. You and your guests only need to sit back and enjoy.
Can menus be customized for vegan, gluten-free, or allergy requirements?
Absolutely. Every dining experience is customized. We regularly cater to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free (celiac-safe), dairy-free, and pescatarian diets, as well as specific food allergies. Simply let us know your preferences when reserving.

Yes, celebrations are one of our specialties. From festive bachelorette brunches and signature floating breakfasts served in your villa's private pool, to sunset cocktail hours and celebratory multi-course dinners, we curate memorable gastronomic experiences tailored to your group.
